We got this to go with the platform bed for my daughter. The drawers are a good size for a toddler. Hubby anchored it to the wall, and it's safe. The runners are plastic, not metal, so it does take some care to open the drawers. The plus side is that she can't really play with them. The knobs are darling, and the detail on the top drawer is pretty. A good buy for the price

This product is very poorly constructed and I would not recommend purchasing it. I actually am in the process of finding a replacement dresser because I am so disappointed in this product. It is made entirely of particle board with wood laminate glued onto it. The drawer tracts are made of plastic and do not slide easily. In fact to open them you have to hold onto the top of the dresser and push. In addition, the entire dresser shakes and is not sturdy. I am concerned a child could pull the entire thing over if it was not secured to the wall. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
