Poor Quality.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt, and customer service is very polite. However, after seeing the poor quality of the furniture and being told we would have to pay return shipping and the original shipping would be deducted from our refund I do not believe I would order from this company again. Poor quality, and undisclosed facts about a product should be covered under a companies warranty...ALWAYS !!!

I bought this set of drawers for my youngest son. The drawers are a good size. The wood feels solid. The whole set when put together tends to shift from side to side a bit. Some of the drill holes weren't lined up right, but it was very easy to assemble and the completed piece looks really nice in my boy's room. So, overall, I am pleased. With this low price I wasn't expecting an heirloom piece by any stretch!

I ordered two chests, one for each of my two boys. They share a small room in which the chests' fit perfectly and still give space to the room. They seem very duable so far. Believe me they've had toys thrown at them, they've been kicked and bumped into and they still stand very sturdy. The drawers open and close very smoothly and they are more spacious than they appear to be.

Really too tall for my six year old; he can only use 3 or 4 of the 5 drawers. The drawers have plastic runners which stick and don't run smoothly. Color and design were fine, and solid enough. Decent, but too big/tall for our purposes.

This chest of drawers was the easiest to assemble, of the six pieces we bought. I really like the slider hindges that don't allow the drawer to accidentally fall out. Seems like they'll hold up too. So far at least? Only suggestion, put more words in assembly instructions..especially where you'd need to unassemble pieces if screwed into the wrong side of the pieces.

Pretty easy to put together, dissapointed with the bottom of the drawers being made out of cardboard, I won't expect it to last. I love the style and the color is great.

We are really enjoying this dresser for our son. The color you see is what it really is plus it has a sort of brushed paint look that I find charming. It took a bit to assemble but is very sturdy. I like the drawer gliders. It is a high quality item. I shopped around and found that you really couldn't get more for your money. We had some questions about it before we bought it and the service people were very helpful. I recommend not only the item but the store to anyone.
