We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. This is a nice looking dresser but not good quality. The drawers are very small and the worst part is that they stick. They are very hard to open. The entire dresser would fall if you didn't hold it before opening the drawer. It also took many hours to put together. I did order the return protection and CSN is taking it back with no problem.

This dresser is very sturdy and holds quite a bit. It is fairly easy to put together. The only drawback is that we could only get one knob to screw in properly. The others would only go so far (we aren't the handy-man type or would probably be able to finish drilling the holes).

We bought this for our baby's room along with a different set for our master bedroom and I am greatly disappointed in the newton collection. So far we have only put together the 5 drawer chest but it has poor construction, is very difficult to put together (holes not predrilled or fitted, plastic pieces that break, horrible stability that mostly depends on the back boards that get tacked down) On top of this the drawers are very shallow which I guess is standard in kids collections. I would not recommend this.

We purchased this chest for a nursery, and I think the product is a good quality for a child's room. We liked the light, natural color since it went with the rest of the furniture in the room. Assembly was fairly easy, except for the fact that I had to go purchase a Robertson screwdriver to assemble some parts. The packet said you could use a Phillips instead of a Robertson, but the Robertson worked a lot better. Also, the drawers slide on plastic glides, so they are a little hard to push in and pull out until they are used for a while. This product is definitely not top of the line, but for its price and use, we are pleased.
