The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

We just recently set up this set (crib and combo) in our nursery, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! I was very concerned to order something I didn't see in person, but it was well worth it. This crib looks like some we saw that are double the price. It took less than 45 minutes to put together from start to finish. It feels solid and sturdy. Other than some glue smudges on the back of the side pieces, it came in perfect condition. The dresser comes fully assembled with the exception of the "ball" feet and drawer pulls. It is a very well-made dresser - the drawers and cabinet operate very smoothly, and it is a great overall use of the space. The espresso finish is perfect - looks slightly reddish on the dresser, but not enough to bother me. We bought a cheap espresso bookcase from another store that looks great with it. I would highly recommend this set. I can't wait for our baby girl to enjoy it on October!

It was backordered once, but still arrived much sooner than the other sets we were looking at would have. After reading horror stories about cribs being shipped in shambles, I was VERY impressed with how well it was packaged - I don't even see how it could possibly be damaged, unless it fell off the back of the truck or something. The shipping company was also kind enough to leave the furniture in our front entry at no extra charge. This transaction went very smoothly!

We just got this crib and dresser set up today, and it is absolutely beautiful. It looks like the high-end cribs that are almost double the price. The espresso finish is perfect, and I was nervous about it since I couldn't see a picture beforehand. It was so easy to assemble - it took my husband and I 45 minutes from opening the box to clean-up. The dresser drawers operate so smoothly. It feels very sturdy. We're still waiting on our little one and haven't "used" it yet, but I couldn't be more happy with this purchase.

It was backordered once, but arrived in great condition. It was about a month from ordering to receiving it. After hearing horror stories about shipped cribs, I was very impressed with how well it was packed. The shipping company was also very helpful, and the driver helped me get it in the house, even though it was "Back of Truck".
