This is an excellant night-light for my sons' room. They love it. The light is brighter than expected, but disfused. They do not complain anymore about being afraid of shadows. I think the light looks slightly less cute than in the picture, but at the price and how perfectly it lights, that is not a problem. It even comes with a bulb!
