Kolcraft started in Chicago in 1946 when Leo Koltun made playpen pads out of cotton batting and oilcloth covers for post World War II babies. In 1949, he found himself with surplus padding and used his ingenuity to invent the all-around crib and playard bumper pad.
A period of rapid growth followed as the company expanded into manufacturing other types of pads including Crib Mattresses in 1951. This is a good city stroller because it's narrow and easy to maneuver. It's really nice that it reclines because I put my 3-6 month old in it when I went to a cafe and when he got fussy I just reclined it and it was easier to put him to sleep. I wish it was lighter so I could carry both the baby and the stroller up 3 floors. I'm kind of a wimp.

We bought this product to take on a road trip, but I find that I use it every day. I sometimes wish I had bought this stroller first instead of the cumbersome travel system. My 11 month old loves it! I love its size and light weight.

I have owned this product for 7 months and I can tell you that it is very durable! I originally bought it right before Halloween to stroll around on side walks without mowing anyone down. I love this stroller I can carry it in one hand and my son in the other. A cup holder and a bag is a deffinent plus! I give this product 5 STARS!

I love this stroller, it fits in my car perfectly, lightweight, I can hide it behind my door at home. I took it on a trip and it was a life saver when getting off and on buses, taxis etc... I bought this stroller to save some room in the car when packing for trips. I love my metro-light but it takes up too much room in the car with luggage and golf clubs.
