          I have given this toy chest as a gift to several expecting Moms and they all love it and have continued to use it as their kids have grown up (moving from toy chest to blanket chest, etc). I typically hand paint and monogram them using Deco and Uni paints and they hold up very well.

                The toy box is easy to put together. This is our 2nd one. My son's was a little damaged and scratched when we got it, but this one was perfect. My son bangs on it constantly. It has a few scratches, but I can easily cover them with just a little paint.

                Pretty easy setup (an electric drill helps). However, we had problems with a couple of special screws that would not connect properly [which added over an hour to setup time]. Because of the setup problem, I would not recommend this to a friend. Overall, after the frustrating setup, the chest is sturdy, serves its purpose and looks great in our daughter's room.

                Service and delivery comments:

                Delivery took a little longer than most of our online purchases but did arrive in good condition. Pls note the box is heavy.
