The SleepSack™ Deluxe Velboa wearable blanket replaces loose blankets for a safer sleep. It's the only wearable blanket that carries the "#1 Safe Sleep Product" gold seal from First Candle / SIDS Alliance. This super-soft, plush Velboa is as warm as the original micro-fleece, but with a lighter softer feel. This SleepSack™ wearable blanket offers a soft poly interlock lining with satin trim around the arms, neck and zipper. I purchased this wearable blanket for my second son because unlike my first son he would frequently grab his blanket and pull it over his face. After too many sleepless nights worrying I decided to look into these. I liked the HALO SleepSack brand as they donate a portion of earnings for SIDS medical research. I wanted the velboa because of the luxurious soft feel, durability and added warmth for my cool-climate region. I love the cream color because it is gender neutral. The zipper starts at the top and zips toward the foot to prevent baby from injury.
