The shoulder strap could have been better thought out. Too many plastic pieces on the shoulder strap and so they hit your shoulder. NOT very confortable.

This was part of a Father's Day gift for my Husband and it was a huge hit. He was tired of carrying around my Petunia Pickle Bottom Bag and loves this Diaper Dude. It is so roomy, has tons of storage and does not look like a diaper bag at all.
