3" Mattress Pad is constructed of lightweight, high-density, 100% polyester RPFB batting and has a reinforced laminated cover
50-Coil Mattress has tempered steel, 14-gauge coils, a 9-gauge border rod for edge support, resinated polyester fiber batting padding and a reinforced, triple-laminated, wet-proof cover

About New Zealand Radiata Pine Wood:
Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

Wonderful crib!!

Excellent crib. Very sturdy and exactly as shown. Easy to put together! The onlything is it shows any type of scratch mark no matter how light it is. Would buy again and refer friends to this site for this crib and other products!!!
