My husband and 9 year old stepson assembled this quickly. The instructions were a bit vague when it came to putting on the spring loaded side, but overall easy to assemble -and it looks gorgeous!\n\nI can't say whether it's durable or not since we don't yet have a baby to put in it. I bought this based on design, name brand and other reviews -so I'm expecting the best.
