About New Zealand Radiata Pine Wood:
Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

The best quality nursery furniture at the best price. Founded in 1990 by Daniel Fong, DaVinci was built upon the belief that they could provide the best quality nursery furniture at the best price. Over the years, collections, such as the Jenny Lind, have become known in the industry for being the “Best” of its kind. To this day the quality of their baby furniture is unmatched by competitors. Throughout the years, the demand for cribs and their functionality has continued to evolve. What was once a demand for simple cribs with single drop sides has changed to stylish cribs in dramatic colors that convert not only to toddler beds but also to full size beds. It was this demand that gave birth to the Emily Collection, the first of DaVinci’s convertible crib collections. Through DaVinci’s history, they continue to listen to the needs of the consumer and do their very best to provide the products, quality and functionality that is required.

Comments about DaVinci Emily 4-in-1 Convertible Crib in Natural:
Don't tighten the screws too tight, you will regret that when you need to lower the crib. Make sure they aren't over tightened. The allen wrench won't work after the screws are stripped.\n\nIf you pay close attention to the instructions, putting it together piece by piece, you shouldn't have any problems. If your in a hurry, don't put it together. Do it when your calm and have patience.\n\nWe LOVE this crib so much, and so does my son who is now 14 months. We are having another one here in one month, and we are purchasing the same crib, however, thinking about getting the Honey Oak just for a different bed for the other child.\n\nWe haven't had NO problems at all with this crib, other than the easy scratches on the wood. But things get worn when in use by people, so we don't care. The price is worth every penny. \n\nThis is a A+ crib and I totally recommend this product.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was prompt and there was no damage to the product. It was safely packed. Good job to the company!\n\nTo be honest, we had no problems with this crib, so we never ever had to call customer service.
