This dresser was much larger than I had pictured. It's a good value for the price and the finish is very pretty. The only con I have and this is true of any furniture is it does scratch easily. My cat decided to check it out and immediately I noticed a scratch. Also in person it's much darker than what my screen showed. My husband is pretty handy and it took him a couple of hours to assemble and he needed help aligning things, so plan on two of you putting it together.

I didn't love the style of this dresser, it was a basic dresser, except for the feet that match the rest of the set. I would have liked to see some of the same styling along the top of the dresser that is present in the changing table and crib. I purchased this dresser only because it was a perfect match to the rest of the set, which I wanted very badly. I selected the crib over several more expensive models, because the line of it appealed to me. I did feel that the cardboard back to the dresser was a bit cheap, but it works fine, and it's not like it is a high-end dresser. The description does warn that it is not a solid wood dresser. The external appearance is quite lovely, so don't let the cardboard back keep you from buying it. Also, I had a slight problem with one of the slides, until we realized that it was not lined up properly in the groove. We took the drawer back out and slid it in a second time, and all of our slides work just fine.

I purchased the crib and the dresser for my new grandson. The crib is just what I expected, sturdy, easy assembly. The dresser on the other hand is not of the quality I expected. The bottoms of the drawers is a thin piece of press board, and the glides are of poor quality, they stick and do not move smoothly.
