Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

The wood is a beautiful color, but it is very thin. Not sure if it will last for a jumping standing toddler. Changing table is hollow ex: when our baby kicks you can tell it is not very solid wood. It was affordable for us and serving its purpose for now, not sure about 11 months from now. We now realize why it was so cheap compared to what else is on market.

We purchased the crib with dresser and changing table. Each item took about three hrs to assemble because the instructions are very unclear.
The products are great! However I would recommend purchasing your own changing table pad, because although one comes with the table it's quite cheap. We got the simmons one from the website and it was very nice! The items are quite large and very sturdy which we liked alot. We would recommend all three products, however be prepared to spend two days with assembly

It was just as nice as we expected. The finish does scratch easy, so we have to be careful when we are moving it around other objects and the assembly instructions were not as clear as they needed to be (you had to read between the lines a little), but it seems like a quality product that should be wonderful to use.

We purchased the crib, changing table and dresser for just over [$]. Best deal out there. Also bought the rails for future use. This set is very easy to assemble and the finish is great. Not a single flaw with this set. You won't disappointed at all. We'll buy another for the next child!!
