After searching around online for a battery-powered John Deere Gator to put under the tree for my little boys this Christmas, I ended up on the CSN Baby site. I am glad I did.

I found your site on NexTag; where CSN Baby, Mobileation and Comfort1st were the three most positively rated organizations. Curiously, Comfort1st was noted as “best value” for this item on NexTag, and I almost bought there reflexively as a result. But I noted that CSN Baby had a better price by about $50, so I thought I would double-check that price for shipping costs (which I assumed would be significant enough to explain NexTag’s “best value” notation for Comfort1st).

Upon examining the CSN Baby site, I was surprised to find that indeed the subject item advertised free shipping via UPS Ground. As other retailers were offering this presumably overweight and oversize item with common-carrier delivery, I presumed that the CSN site’s shipping data was in error, and resultantly called your toll-free number to verify. My call was promptly and pleasantly received by Sara, who did an excellent job of quickly answering my questions with confidence and then processing my order with sincere-sounding holiday cheer. She even cross-sold me on the extra battery, gave me an order number, confirmation email, and finally rapidly convinced me that if I was to find this item on my front porch damaged by overtaxed UPS deliverymen that I would have no problem getting it promptly handled to my satisfaction. I humbly offer that at least to me, Sara sounded every bit like a staffer who happily and regularly converts shoppers to buyers. My compliments to Sara, and also to her employer for choosing her.

Further, I was impressed by the fact that Sara had access to (and then used) the information I had filled out not 5 minutes sooner on your site but had not yet submitted. That saved me time and made not only CSN Baby appear technically adroit, but made Sara look experienced and competent. My compliments to your tech staff and Sara both on that one.

In short, my conversation with Sara impressed me and made me smile. It was one of the best-feeling online shopping experiences I have had yet, and for that bit of pleasantness Sara has my thanks.

I want to take this time to award a special recognition to one of your representatives, Lynsay. For the past two weeks now I have been trying to order a 119 mini rail for my daughters Chantelle bed. But unfortunately I had no luck with individuals returning my phone calls. After speaking with Lynday, I was a bit skeptical. But she came through on her word. That means a lot to me, a persons word. I am sure you have heard the saying " A man is as good as his word." She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and full of alternate ideas for me to feel comfortable with the product I was looking into. You are very blessed to have such an individual representing you and your team. This in turn tells me that you take care of your employees, for she made you look good and at the same time took exceptionally good care of me. Thank you for having a representative that still cares about customer service, for that is rare in this day and age.
