Comments about Bugaboo Bee Graco Car Seat Adapters:

The adaptor seems to be a good quality and very sturdy. However, if you don't have the patience and the time to put on and off the stroller every time you get on and off the car, don't buy it. I bought it, it seems to be great but never used it. It is better for me to just get the baby out and not have to be putting on and off the adaptor at a 105 degree weather.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
