Most importantly, it does good job at protecting my child from rain AND wind, you can rely on it.
It does take a bit of time to put it on, especially the front part, and you do wet your hands when taking it off as you have to reach underneath the stroller to undo the lock, but its doable (I always carry a sanitizing spray in the strollers back pocket).
In any case, I don't think you can use any other canopy with this stroller, its big and has different shape I think.
