Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was fast, customer service was kind, quick and helpful. The original item I ordered never existed (still wonder how they had a stock photo of it then!) so I was very disappointed with that. I wouldn't order from CSN again after learning they show products they don't have, but the only experience I did have with them was at least mediocre - not completely horrible.
