The bag looks cheap. It does not look like patent leather.

Service and delivery comments:

I wanted to return the unused item (it still has it's tags) after the 30 day return period. I contacted customer service. I was told that I could not. I asked to speak a manager was told I'd be contacted shortly. No one ever contacted me. I will NOT shop here again. I am a frequent internet shopper, and this site has the worst service I have ever encountered. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
